On December 7, 2023 (Thursday), the National Youth Policy Institute (President Kim Hyuncheol) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Arts and Culture Education Service for the improvement of the cultural quality of life for youths.

The NYPI, through this memorandum of understanding, has agreed to conduct joint research and co-host forums and seminars for the activation of youth cultural and arts education, aiming to establish a foundation for the promotion of youth cultural and arts education policies with the Korea Arts and Culture Education Service.
